FAQ

Why don’t you accept credit card payment?

While credit card payment is becoming very common for online transaction these days, we believe that the existence of credit card embodies the fact that first, we are losing trust between each other and secondly, as its name suggest, it's a buying on "credit" allowing us to purchase things that we cannot afford. Disagreeing with the above two realization, we try to go credit card free in whichever business that we do. With a long tracked record of customer satisfaction, we believe, we have built enough of trust to prove. Meanwhile, we never agree on buying things that we cannot afford in the first place. This website is then an exciting experiment for us in terms of handling a credit card free transaction while holding on to our original philosophy. We hope that this website is a way for us to share with you what we stand for and how we think business should be. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

How do you ship my product?

Your orders will be shipped with Thailand Post normal for free of charge. However, for registered mail, some fees may apply. For Singapore, this will take approximately 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us together with the proof of shipment. Feel free to contact us if you have not received the items within 3 weeks. Our staff will be glad to check for you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unopened items can be returned for a full refund if they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. You must pay for the returned shipping and handling charges. Sorry, opened items can not be returned. Please send us a photo of your item first before returning.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately to our manager with proof of defects. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us. We will gladly replace the item and send to you after we receive the returned product.

Lost orders (60 days shipping guarantee) You can directly email or send 'contact form' to us regarding to lost orders. This is in case that the parcel may have been lost in transit ( or takes longer than 60 days since you place order ). We can track your order with registration number. Lost orders will be reshipped only once.

Undeliverable shipment

Usually the parcel will be shipped back to our office if it cannot be delivered. We will contact you through the email provided and resend the parcel only once without any charge.

When can I expect my delivery?

Please see below for the expected time of delivery for two options
  • Standard Non registered and Registered Mail shipping [ 60 Days Guaranteed delivery - International airmail parcel ] FREE SHIPPING!
    • US & Canada : orders can be expected to arrive within 6 - 14 days (Metropolitan areas). (** for Non-metropolitan areas, delivery time is approximately 7 - 15 days)
    • Europe and Oceania : orders can be expected to arrive within 6 - 12 days.
    • Asia : orders can be expected to arrive within 7-14 days.

** In case of backorder we require 3-4 days for processing. *** All orders are with shipping guarantee of 60 Days. We will resend the package once if customers fail to receive the order within 60 days.

  • Express Shipping

Thailand Post Express Mail Service (EMS) : Express orders can be expected to arrive within 3-4 business days ( world wide )

Is my bank account information secured on the internet?

We appreciate the concern that many of our customers have expressed about the security of online transactions. Hence we offer the option of Direct Banks Transfer and Internet Bank Transfer through Xfers.

  • For Direct Bank Transfer, you will have to transfer the amount to our bank account separately. At this point, we only accept payment from Singapore ONLY. Once payment made, please submit your transaction reference number and upload your proof of transfer to confirm the purchase.  Orders will be shipped once all necessary documents are submitted.
  • For Internet Bank Transfer, Xfers, an online bank transfer payment gateway for Singapore bank account, will handle all online transfer transaction. Xfers works with all major banks in Singapore. To ensure that all your banking information and transaction information are protected, Xfers will take all necessary security measures to protect your account information, and does not release information to any outside organizations, including us. Can I order directly by e-mail?

Yes. To order by e-mail simply follow these steps:

  1. For each item you wish to order, provide the full name of the product and the listed price as it appears on our website.
  2. Let us know your name, address, phone number and email.
  3. Specify your preferred method of payment (either by xfers or direct bank transfer )
  4. Please send the above information to our manger or via contact us page.
  5. Our staff will reply within 24 hours to confirm your order details and payment instruction.

Do I pay extra shipping and handling fees?

All listed prices in Save on Skincare are FREE shipping and handling (Thailand post non-registered mail). You don't have to pay for extra S&H fees. Save on Skincare sells all products at single world wide price. We ensure that you will get your order at best price on the Internet.

Are all products new and authentic?

Yes, all products listed on Save on Skincare are new and authentic in both packing and content. As a licensed pharmacy, we work directly with medical suppliers and pharmacist and never sell expired or close to expired products. However, in case of defective products, you can contact us directly to request a Refund & Exchange.

What are my Payment Options?

We offer two main methods of payment. Please see below

  • Direct Bank Transfer

    Save on Skincare accepts direct bank transfer from all Singapore bank accounts. Once transferred, please provide us the reference number as well as upload the proof of payment. Items will be shipped once the payment is confirmed ONLY.
  • Internet Bank Transfer via Xfers

    In an effort to save unnecessary transaction costs and simplify things for you, we work with Xfers to bring you an online bank transfer option. Currently this option is available for all Singapore bank accounts. You can request a refund directly from Xfers in case of return or exchange.

** If you select to pay by check / money order. We will give you all information on how to make check or money order payment.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our site or use our search engine to locate the product you wish to purchase. Please note that some items are restricted to premium members. ONLY. In that case, please sign in to your account prior to browsing our product listing. then:

  1. Add the item(s) you wish to order to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" text link or button.
  2. To order more than one quantity of the same item, enter the new quantity, then click the "Update" button..
  3. Click the "Shop more" button to add more items.
  4. When your shopping is complete, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
  5. If you are a new customer, you will need to create your account with us. Your information will be stored in our database for your next order.
  6. For the first-time customers, fill out the shipping information. Once finished, click the "CONTINUE" button to go to the next step.
  7. Select your payment method by 1. Direct Bank Transfer (You will need to upload proof of payment to confirm your order)

The item I want is out of stock. What now?
